Job title: Weld Shop Executive

Job description: Execute daily production plan and achieve targets.
Allocate manpower and prepare shift planning.
Ensure utilization of welding machines (Spot, MIG, Projection, Robot).
Check material availability (BOP, consumables, fixtures) to avoid line stoppage.
Maintain welding parameters as per process Implement SOPs and Work Instructions.
Daily inspection and maintenance of jigs & fixtures.
Analyze and correct welding defects (spatter, blow hole, burn through, undercut, incomplete fusion).
Monitor First/Last Piece Approval (FOA & LOA) and in-process inspection.
Implement WPS and customer quality standards.
Verify weld penetration, strength, and appearance.
Control rejection/rework and achieve PPM targets.
Train welders and operators (safety, 5S, quality awareness, SOPs).
Develop multi-skill operators and monitor performance.
Ensure safety practices (PPE usage, fire safety, fume extraction).
Implement Kaizen, 5S, TPM, and lean manufacturing.
Work on cycle time reduction and productivity improvement.
Prepare Daily Production Report, rejection report, and monitor OEE.
Maintain check sheets, process audits, and ISO/IATF 16949 documents.
Prepare Why-Why Analysis / DAR Reports for defects.
Coordinate with PPC, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments.
Support customer audits and PPAP requirements.
Assist in trials for new product development.

Expected salary: Rs.40000 per month
