• Sales Engineer – CP (Chicago Pneumatic) Air Compressor Sales

Location: Bhopal (preferred); if not, then Indore
Territory: All of Madhya Pradesh
Experience: min. 1-2 years in direct industrial sales
Salary: ₹25,000-30,000/month (as per experience), can exceed as per the right candidate
Transport: Two-wheeler (bike) mandatory within a certain limit, after that allowed via others (will let them know at the time of interview)Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of Chicago Pneumatic (CP) air compressors across MP.
• Develop and manage client accounts and identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and value-based selling.
• Provide after-sales customer support and resolve any technical issues.
• Map and benchmark against major market competitors (Elgi Equipments, Ingersoll Rand, Kaeser, Sullair, FS-Curtis, Kirloskar Pneumatic, Schulz, DUFFAU)
• Achieve set sales targets and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Participate in trade shows and seminars.

Candidate Profile:

• Engineering graduates with good technical and commercial acumen.
• Prior sales or business development experience in industrial equipment preferred.
• Travel-ready and able to work independently.
• Good communication skills; proactive and target-driven.
• Must own a two-wheeler.

Expected salary: Rs.25000 – 30000 per month
