Type: Full-Time / On-site / HybridKey Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with internal policies and labor laws.Coordinate payroll inputs and liaise with the finance department for salary disbursement.Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures across departments.Handle employee grievances and support conflict resolution when needed.Support performance management and appraisal processes.Organize employee engagement programs, training sessions, and internal communications.Ensure timely renewal of contracts, statutory compliance, and exit formalities.Assist in HR audits and prepare relevant MIS reports.Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries and maintain confidentiality.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).2–5 years of experience in a generalist HR role.Knowledge of HRMS software, labor laws, and payroll basics.Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Expected salary: Rs.200000 – 216000 per year
