Reports to: HR Manager / HR HeadKey Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Maintain employee records and update HR databases.Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.Assist in payroll preparation and leave management.Manage employee grievances and foster positive employee relations.Organize training & development initiatives.Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed.Support performance appraisal processes.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.1–3 years of experience in an HR role preferred.Strong communication and organizational skills.Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems.Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Expected salary: Rs.200000 – 420000 per year
