The ideal candidate will be hands-on, process-driven, and capable of maintaining a safe, organized, and high-performing warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate all warehouse activities including receiving, storing, inventory control, and shipping.Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff to ensure optimal productivity and workflow.Implement and maintain best practices in inventory management to minimize shrinkage and errors.Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety standards (OSHA/local guidelines).Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track stock levels and order fulfillment.Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales departments to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.Analyze operational data and generate reports for management on key performance indicators (KPIs).Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.Maintain clean, organized, and efficient warehouse layout and operations.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Requirements:Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).2 5 years of experience in warehouse operations or management.Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.Good written and verbal communication skills.Working knowledge of warehouse equipment and safety procedures.Ability to lift moderately heavy items and work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications:Certification in logistics or warehouse management (e.g., APICS, OSHA).Experience in lean warehousing or process optimization.Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
