Job description: This role is for one of the Weekday’s clientsSalary range: Rs 200000 – Rs 300000 (ie INR 2-3 LPA)Min Experience: 1 yearsLocation: chennai, SriperumbudurJobType: full-timeWe are seeking passionate and motivated STEM Mentors with 2–4 years of teaching experience in Electronics and Robotics, preferably in schools. Prior exposure to government schools is highly desirable. Candidates must have proficiency in Tamil (reading, writing, and speaking).RequirementsKey Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, practical pedagogy in STEM subjects through both offline and online modes.
• Teach and mentor students in Electronics, Robotics, Arduino, and Raspberry Pi.
• Conduct teacher training programs on STEM pedagogy and emerging technologies.
• Guide students in project competitions and nurture STEM talent.
• Submit monthly reports as per standard templates.

Requirements

• Education: B.Tech/B.E./M.E. in E&I, ECE, EEE, Mechatronics, or MSc (Physics).
• Experience: 2–4 years of STEM teaching experience in schools (government school experience preferred).
• Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Tamil (oral and written).
• Demonstrated ability to teach STEM concepts effectively.
• Up-to-date knowledge of recent developments in technical fields.
• Ability to integrate digital and physical teaching resources seamlessly.

• Other:

• Must hold a valid two-wheeler license and be able to commute.
• Willingness to work in Sriperumbudur and surrounding areas.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
