Salary: ₹4 – ₹6 LPAKey Responsibilities:Handle the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboardingSource candidates through job portals, social media, references, and headhuntingScreen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidatesCoordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managersMaintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackersCollaborate with department heads to understand job requirements and workforce planningEnsure a smooth onboarding experience and documentationSupport employer branding and recruitment marketing initiativesQualifications:Education: MBA/PGDM in HR, or equivalent Master’s degree in Human ResourcesExperience: 4–5 years in recruitment, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or related sectorsPreferred Skills: Familiarity with HR software/ATS, excellent sourcing & negotiation skills, knowledge of latest hiring trendsKey Competencies:End-to-End Recruitment ProcessTalent Sourcing & Head HuntingInterview Coordination & Stakeholder ManagementATS & Database ManagementOnboarding & DocumentationStrong Communication & Negotiation SkillsTime Management & Multitasking
