The candidate will be responsible for managing on-site activities, supervising installation teams, ensuring project timelines, and maintaining quality and safety standards at every stage. Key Responsibilities:Supervise installation work of UPVC and Aluminium doors, windows, and facades at client sitesCoordinate with the fabrication team and site workers to ensure timely and accurate executionConduct site inspections, resolve on-site issues, and ensure adherence to drawings and specificationsManage labor and materials at the site efficientlyEnsure safety protocols and quality standards are followedProvide regular site updates and progress reports to the office team and managementLiaise with clients, contractors, and vendors during installation phasesMaintain discipline and productivity at the site Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the UPVC and/or Aluminium industryStrong knowledge of installation techniques and project executionAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsGood communication skills in Tamil and basic EnglishStrong leadership, time management, and problem-solving skillsWillingness to travel to various sites across Chennai or nearby areas Benefits:Competitive salary up to 30,000 per monthOpportunity to work with a growing and reputed organization in the industryOn-site experience with well-structured support from the office team
