Job description:

• Design and develop solar energy systems for residential, commercial, and industrial applications.

• Conduct site assessments to determine the feasibility of solar installations.

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure timely project completion.

• Prepare technical reports, schematics, and documentation for solar projects.

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.

• Perform cost-benefit analyses and recommend solutions to enhance system performance.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing solar installations.

• Keep up-to-date with advancements in solar technology and integrate new solutions into projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.

• Proven experience in solar energy system design and implementation.

• Strong understanding of photovoltaic systems, inverters, and energy storage solutions.

• Knowledge of relevant codes and standards, including NEC, IEEE, and local regulations.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
