Job title: SENIOR HR MANAGER

Job description: Key Responsibilities: •End-to-end HR management including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, statutory compliance, performance management, and exit formalities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of HR executives to ensure seamless execution of all HR processes
- Design and implement HR policies, SOPs, and best practices for the group
- Maintain and analyze HR metrics, and provide regular weekly reports and dashboards to management
- Manage employee relations, address grievances, and foster a healthy work culture across all locations
- Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements and planning • Drive learning & development initiatives, and support organizational development goals • Ensure compliance with labour laws, ESI, PF, Gratuity, and other HR regulations
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes and implement effective feedback systems
RequirementsRequired Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of overall experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Must have experience leading a team and handling multi-location HR operations
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliances, payroll systems, and HRMS tools • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and report preparation
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills
- Automobile industry experience will be a strong advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
- Gender: Open to both male and female candidates
- Industry Preference: Automobile/Manufacturing/Retail (preferred but not mandatory)
