- Demonstrated experience in industrial sales with strong business acumen, interpersonal skills, and excellent communication abilities.
- Accountable for achieving sales targets and providing accurate sales forecasts within the assigned territory.
- Manage and excel in key account management by delivering value-added services to existing customers.
- Responsible for handling the Gujarat region and driving various safety programs and customer engagement technical programs.
- Provide seamless service to meet customer requirements on supply, payment collection, and cylinders CTR.
- Collaborate with inter-departmental functions such as SCM, distribution, and operations for productive supplies.
- Drive timely collection and maintain DSO
40 days.
- Generate new leads and acquire new customers to increase revenue and market share in the territory.
- Take complete end-to-end responsibility from PO generation to logistics management to ensure product availability to customers.
- Interact with different departments to address complex problems.
- Organize safety meetings and address safety concerns at work sites.
- Promptly address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Collect and report market intelligence information related to competitor actions in the marketplace.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, finance, or a technical discipline.
- Minimum experience of 3 years of industrial/sales/commercial experience in the gas industry, chemical, or other manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated sales track record of deep customer insight, knowledge of competitive landscape, growing revenue prospecting, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Financial skills with an analytical approach in the specialty gases business, including sales, business development, application sales, and buyer behavior.
- Direct/channel sales experience.
Expected salary: Rs.300000 – 500000 per year
