Job description: Job Opportunity: SAP FICO Consultant – Indore, Madhya PradeshIndustry: IT ConsultingLocation: Indore, MP (In-Person role)Work Schedule: Day shift, 5–6 days/weekSalary: ₹5 LPA – ₹6 LPAJob Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled SAP FICO Consultant with 2+ years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of finance and accounting processes, along with the technical expertise to implement SAP solutions in an enterprise environment.Key Responsibilities:

• SAP FICO Module Configuration: Assist in the configuration, implementation, and support of SAP FI/CO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Profitability Analysis.

• Business Process Mapping: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, map them to SAP processes, and suggest improvements for financial processes.

• Integration: Ensure smooth integration between SAP FICO and other SAP modules like MM, SD, and PP.

• Support and Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support to users and resolve any issues related to SAP FICO modules. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, and ensure smooth day-to-day operation of SAP systems.

• Testing: Assist with system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and customizations.

• User Training: Assist in user training sessions and provide support in creating user manuals and training materials.

• Reports and Analytics: Help in the design, development, and execution of standard and custom financial reports using SAP reporting tools (e.g., SAP FIORI, SAP BW).

• Upgrades and Enhancements: Participate in system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring compatibility with existing business processes.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration and implementation.

• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and internal controls.

• Experience with SAP General Ledger (FI-GL), Accounts Payable (FI-AP), Accounts Receivable (FI-AR), Asset Accounting (FI-AA), Cost Center Accounting (CO-CCA), Internal Orders (CO-IO), and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).

• Good understanding of integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP).

• Proficiency in preparing documentation and training materials.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP certification in FI/CO modules.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.

• Experience in end-to-end implementation of SAP FICO solutions.

• Knowledge of financial reporting and analysis tools.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Expected salary: Rs.10000 per month
