The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a supportive learning environment, preparing individualized lesson plans, and promoting inclusive education.RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education, Deaf Education, or a related field.Certification in Indian Sign Language (ISL) or any recognized Sign Language program.Proven experience teaching sign language or working with hearing-impaired students.Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Knowledge of educational assistive technologies is a plus.
