• B.ed (Mandatory skill), ensuring the candidate is professionally qualified to teach in primary education settings.
• PRT (Mandatory skill), to demonstrate a specialization in teaching young primary learners.
• English (Mandatory skill), highlighting proficiency in teaching English language and literature.
• B.A qualification to provide a well-rounded educational background supporting advanced teaching capabilities.
• Proven classroom management skills to maintain an effective learning environment for students.
• Competence in curriculum development, crucial for designing engaging and informative lesson plans.
• Strong lesson planning skills to prepare structured and coherent learning experiences for students.
• Effective parent communication abilities to foster partnerships and provide updates on student progress.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality English instruction to primary students, ensuring comprehension and engagement.
• Plan and implement a curriculum designed to develop language skills and critical thinking in young learners.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and personal growth.
• Assess student progress through various evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback.
• Engage with parents and guardians to communicate student achievements and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with colleagues in the planning and execution of school events and activities.

Expected salary: Rs.25000 per month
