Job description: We are seeking an experienced and responsible Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our roll-forming unit located in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient production of steel sections including C, U, and Hat profiles, with a strong focus on quality control, operational efficiency, and worker safety.Requirements

• Dploma or ITI in Mechanical / Production Engineering (preferred)

• 3+ years experience in steel fabrication or roll forming (C/U channel experience preferred)

• Working knowledge of roll-forming machines, decoilers

• Ability to read basic technical drawings and section profilesHands-on approach with good team handling skills

• Familiarity with shift work, basic reporting, and safety practice

Expected salary: Rs.30000 – 45000 per month
