As we scale up production and continue to provide automation solutions for welding, we are looking for an experienced and results-driven **Production Manager** to lead our manufacturing operations.What We’re Looking For:Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics EngineeringExperience: 510 years in managing the production of CNC machines, laser systems, or related capital equipmentKey Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute production schedules for CNC Plasma, Laser Cutting, and Welding Automation Systems

• Coordinate with design, procurement, quality, and service teams to ensure seamless workflow

• Ensure **on-time delivery** of machines and systems with **zero compromise on quality**

• Implement and monitor robust quality assurance practices

• Lead, motivate, and manage the shop floor and assembly teams effectively
