Job description: Job ProfilePosition: Process CoordinatorLocation: Aurangabad (On-site)Department: AdminReporting To: Executive AssistantKey ResponsibilitiesCoordinate day-to-day production activities and ensure timely flow of jobs across departments.Act as a central point of communication between planning, production, QA, and dispatch teams.Monitor job card status, process delays, and escalate bottlenecks proactively.Maintain process checklists, update logs, and ensure correct documentation of work orders.Support implementation of SOPs, Kaizen, Lean tools, and process improvement projects.Follow up on job priorities, raw material readiness, and machine availability.Assist in preparing shift-wise reports, downtime logs, and delivery status updates.Ensure alignment with safety, quality, and operational compliance.Coordinate with the planning team to manage rescheduling or urgent job reallocation.Drive clear and timely communication to ensure minimal production disruptions.RequirementsJob RequirementsGraduate / Diploma in Engineering or Industrial Management1–3 years of experience in shopfloor coordination, preferably in a manufacturing unitFamiliarity with job cards, dispatch schedules, and production tracking systemsExposure to ERP or production software tools is an advantageDesired Skills and AttributesStrong coordination and communication skillsDetail-oriented with a sense of urgency and ownershipAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesProcess-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilityProficient in MS Excel and basic documentationOther ExpectationsWilling to work full-time from the Aurangabad siteShould be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentAdaptable to evolving systems and process changesBenefitsCompetitive compensation with performance-based incrementsExposure to a high-precision manufacturing ecosystemOn-the-job training and skill-building opportunitiesProfessional and growth-focused work cultureLong-term career path within operations and process excellence
