• Proficiency in pre-primary educational practices and a thorough understanding of age-appropriate learning methods (Mandatory skill).
• Solid grasp of Montessori Methods to foster a developmental approach to education, creating an enriching learning environment.
• Strong storytelling skills to captivate young learners and promote engagement and comprehension in early education.
• A deep understanding of Early Childhood Education principles, promoting holistic development in cognitive and emotional domains.
• Effective classroom management strategies to maintain a conducive learning environment, fostering creativity and curiosity.
• Ability to understand and support Child Development stages, tailoring educational experiences to meet individual needs.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, facilitating effective interactions with students, parents, and staff.
• Patience, empathy, and a nurturing disposition to inspire trust and motivation in young learners, enhancing their educational journey.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that stimulates children’s learning and development.
• Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment conducive to learning, fostering a sense of belonging and community.
• Facilitate engaging learning experiences using storytelling and interactive methods to encourage curiosity and exploration.
• Monitor and evaluate each child’s progress, adapting teaching approaches to meet diverse learning needs and abilities.
• Establish effective communication with parents and guardians, providing insights into children’s growth and development.
• Ensure effective classroom management by establishing clear rules and routines, maintaining a peaceful learning environment.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff on planning and implementing special events and activities.
• Stay current with trends and changes in early childhood education and engage in continuous professional development.

Expected salary: Rs.22000 per month
