Job description: Key Responsibilities:1. HR Operations & AdministrationManage the end-to-end employee life cycle at the plantMaintain HR records, attendance, and shift schedulesEnsure timely and accurate payroll inputs in coordination with central HR/FinanceOversee leave and attendance management system2. Recruitment & OnboardingCoordinate hiring for plant-level roles – workers, technicians, engineers, supervisorsConduct joining formalities and plant-specific induction/orientation programsCoordinate with local hiring agencies and skill development centers3. Employee Relations & DisciplineAct as the first point of contact for all grievances and conflict resolutionEnsure compliance with labor laws, manage trade union interactions (if any)Implement disciplinary procedures and maintain industrial harmony4. Statutory ComplianceEnsure 100% compliance with Factories Act, ESI, PF, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, etc.Liaise with labor consultants and government authorities for inspections, audits, and documentationMaintain statutory registers, notices, and records5. Training & DevelopmentIdentify skill gaps and coordinate for internal and external training sessions.Maintain training calendars and recordsPromote a safety and compliance-driven work culture6. Performance ManagementSupport timely goal setting, appraisals, and feedback processes for plant staffMaintain employee scorecards and performance data7. Employee Engagement & WelfarePlan and execute welfare activities (festivals, birthdays, team outings, etc.)Monitor hygiene, safety, and health standards on the shop floorHandle canteen, transport, and other facility-related HR supportRequirementsRequired Qualifications:MBA/PGDM in HR or MSW (Master of Social Work) – Full TimeStrong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practicesProficiency in MS Office, HRIS/ERP systemsExcellent communication skills in local language and Hindi/EnglishPrior experience in handling blue-collar workforce and plant administration

Expected salary: Rs.10000 per month
