The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of hospitality operations, possess excellent leadership skills, and be committed to delivering 100% guest satisfaction.This position involves close coordination with all departmental heads, active participation in budgeting and forecasting, and consistent implementation of SOPs. You’ll act as a bridge between the General Manager/Management and operational staff, identifying challenges and helping develop long-term, sustainable solutions.Key Responsibilities:Take full ownership of the Mudhouse Project alongside main lodge operations.Ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction through personalized and seamless service.Oversee all departments – Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Kitchen, Security, and Maintenance.Work closely with all HODs to support smooth and efficient functioning across operations.Inspect guest rooms and public areas for upkeep, cleanliness, and maintenance.Conduct daily/weekly HOD meetings to review operations, sales, feedback, and staff matters; circulate minutes to the GM/Management.Implement and audit Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across departments.Monitor inventory, requisitions, purchase orders, and ensure cost-effective procurement in coordination with the Purchase Manager.Work closely with chefs and the F&B team to monitor stock levels, food quality, and hygiene.Liaise with vendors and suppliers, evaluate quarterly performance, and coordinate with Head Office Purchase.Address and resolve any guest complaints or service recovery issues.Review and analyze guest feedback (GSTS) and implement corrective action plans.Evaluate departmental budgets and forecasts with support from the finance team.Ensure revenue and cost control measures are maintained to maximize profitability.Take part in staff training, development, and appraisals, identifying learning needs and delivering feedback.Be on-call 24×7 for operational emergencies.Be flexible with working hours and shifts, including weekends and holidays.Candidate Requirements:Education:Bachelor’s degree and/or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.Proficiency in MS Office, Property Management Systems (PMS), and Revenue Management Tools preferred.Experience:Minimum 7+ years of experience in a 5-star hotel environment in roles such as Deputy Manager, Assistant Operations Manager, or Hotel Manager.Skills & Attributes:Strong leadership and team management capabilities.Commercially savvy with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L handling experience.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.Hands-on, detail-oriented, and quality-driven mindset.High energy, professionally groomed, and passionate about hospitality.Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.Why Join Us?Work in a luxury wildlife resort setting near Jim Corbett National Park.Opportunity to lead a diverse, enthusiastic team in a high-end experiential travel destination.Food and comfortable accommodation provided.Become part of a growing hospitality brand known for its personalized service and natural luxury.If interested, email to
