This is a full-time, mid-level role requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in optimizing workflows and improving operational processes. The successful candidate will lead a team, manage resources, and ensure smooth execution of construction management projects.Qualifications and Skills

• Project management skills (Mandatory skill) to handle diverse construction projects efficiently and align them with strategic goals.
• Resource allocation experience (Mandatory skill) to ensure optimal use of human, financial, and physical resources across projects.

• Workflow automation knowledge to streamline repetitive tasks, increase productivity, and leverage technology effectively.

• Strong budgeting capabilities to plan and oversee financial aspects, ensuring projects align with fiscal constraints and targets.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure the smooth execution of construction projects, guaranteeing adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
• Drive process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and implementing strategies for enhanced productivity and project delivery.
• Lead the operations team, providing mentorship, guidance, and development opportunities to strengthen overall team performance.
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to align operations with strategic goals and project requirements.
• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring optimal resource usage and cost-effectiveness across all projects and operations.
• Monitor operational performance and establish KPI benchmarks to measure progress, drive accountability, and ensure continuous improvement.
• Implement workflow automation solutions to improve efficiency, reduce manual intervention, and support technological advancements.
• Maintain open communication channels with external partners and internal teams to foster collaboration and project success.

Expected salary: Rs.80000 per month
