Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure the smooth execution of construction projects, guaranteeing adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
- Drive process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and implementing strategies for enhanced productivity and project delivery.
- Lead the operations team, providing mentorship, guidance, and development opportunities to strengthen overall team performance.
- Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to align operations with strategic goals and project requirements.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring optimal resource usage and cost-effectiveness across all projects and operations.
- Monitor operational performance and establish KPI benchmarks to measure progress, drive accountability, and ensure continuous improvement.
- Implement workflow automation solutions to improve efficiency, reduce manual intervention, and support technological advancements.
- Maintain open communication channels with external partners and internal teams to foster collaboration and project success.
Expected salary: Rs.80000 per month
