This role involves developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing a team of recruiters, working with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, along with a deep understanding of recruitment metrics and best practices.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:Ø Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, pre-screening, interview scheduling, background checks, reference checks, Salary Negotiation, offer management, and on-boarding procedures across all organizational levels.Ø Formulate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Note Sheets, and Policies in alignment with business requirements and to ensure the adherence of same.Ø Ensure meticulous documentation of the recruitment process, maintaining accurate records.Ø Develop and implement strategies for increasing the candidate’s pool and usage of alternate avenues of sourcing.Ø Effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Ø Analyze recruitment-related MIS reports.Ø Ensuring Recruitment Cost Optimization.Ø Ensure completion of tasks within the pre-defined TAT.Ø Manage team performance, delegate tasks, resolve queries, and provide necessary support wherever required.Ø Manage the timely execution of PMS activities, including leading the PMS team to ensure the timely issuance of Job Descriptions (JD) and Key Result Areas (KRA)Ø Provide robust support for HR-related issues.Ø Spearhead the development of the second line resource.

Expected salary: Rs.30000 per month
