This mid-level role requires 4 to 6 years of work experience in teaching, offering an excellent opportunity for seasoned educators to make a significant impact in teaching the Malayalam language.Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience with lesson planning tailored for different learning abilities and age groups.
• Proficiency in digital classroom management to effectively engage with students virtually.
• Experience with online teaching platforms to facilitate a seamless remote learning experience.
• Expertise in bilingual education strategies to support students in understanding complex concepts.
• Fluency in Malayalam literary analysis to guide students through advanced language studies. (Mandatory skill)
• Proficient in using student assessment tools for tracking academic progress effectively. (Mandatory skill)
• Strong command over Malayalam language to promote comprehensive language instruction. (Mandatory skill)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that caters to the needs of students aiming to enhance their proficiency in Malayalam.
• Utilize digital tools to manage virtual classrooms and promote an engaging learning environment.
• Evaluate and monitor student progress through regular assessments, providing constructive feedback and support where needed.
• Adapt teaching methods and strategies to accommodate the diverse learning styles and abilities of students.
• Incorporate bilingual teaching strategies to facilitate learning for students from varied language backgrounds.
• Stay updated with the latest educational technologies and integrate them into the teaching process to improve learning outcomes.
• Maintain effective communication with students and parents to support academic goals and engagement.
• Organize and participate in extracurricular activities and workshops to promote cultural understanding and appreciation of the Malayalam language.

Expected salary: Rs.360000 per year
