This is a full-time position suitable for freshers with 0 to 1 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about teaching and possess the necessary skills to guide students in their learning journey.Qualifications and Skills

• Strong command of the Kannada language is essential to effectively teach students and ensure comprehensive understanding of the subject.
• Proficient knowledge in Kannada Grammar to aid students in attaining precise language skills for academic excellence.
• Prior experience or passion for Kannada Teaching, facilitating learning while engaging students in an enthusiastic manner.
• Excellent Communication skills to convey complex concepts in simple terms, ensuring clarity and student comprehension.
• Effective Classroom Management abilities to maintain a conducive learning environment and foster discipline among students.
• Deep passion for Education to inspire and motivate students to reach their full potential and nurture their interest in the language.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to cater to the diverse learning needs and styles of students to promote inclusive education.
• Must have skills: Kannada (Mandatory skill), Teacher (Mandatory skill), indicating crucial expertise required.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create and deliver effective lesson plans that are aligned with the curriculum, engaging students in meaningful language learning.
• Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
• Foster an interactive classroom experience through engaging teaching aids and innovative instructional strategies.
• Maintain academic records and track student progress, ensuring all learning objectives are met efficiently.
• Incorporate diverse teaching techniques to accommodate varying student capabilities and promote inclusivity.
• Collaborate with education professionals to enhance student learning and support the holistic development of students.
• Encourage a positive learning environment that supports student engagement, curiosity, and creativity in the classroom.

Expected salary: Rs.28000 per month
