Job description: Job Description :Job Title: Sr. Mechanical EngineerJob DescriptionOversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical systems in the coal washery plant.Supervise and lead the mechanical engineering team and contractors on site.Ensure smooth functioning of equipment like crushers, screens, conveyors, thickeners, pumps, flotation units, etc.Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules.Monitor wear and tear of parts, maintain inventory and liaise with purchase for timely procurement.Coordinate with electrical and instrumentation teams for integrated plant operations.Implement and monitor safety protocols, energy efficiency, and cost control.Ensure compliance with ISO, statutory, and environmental norms.Prepare maintenance reports, downtime analysis, and suggest improvements.Vendor and contractor management for mechanical services.Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• Proven experience in maintenance and operations.

Strong knowledge of coal beneficiation processes and mechanical equipment.Team leadership, project planning, and resource management.BenefitsSalary + Accomodation extra
