Job description: Job Title: Inhouse Service Engineer – Medical DevicesJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Inhouse Service Engineer to provide technical support and maintenance services for our medical devices in Chennai. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience in medical device maintenance and repair.Key Responsibilities:1. Installation and Commissioning:– Install and commission medical devices at customer sites.– Ensure devices are properly installed, calibrated, and functioning as intended.2. Maintenance and Repair:– Perform routine maintenance and repairs on medical devices.– Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with devices.– Replace or repair defective parts as needed.3. Technical Support:– Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders.– Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.4. Documentation and Reporting:– Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.– Generate reports on device performance and maintenance activities.Requirements:1. Experience: 5+ years of experience in medical device maintenance and repair.2. Education: Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Biomedical Engineering.3. Skills:– Strong technical knowledge of medical devices and equipment.– Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.– Good communication and customer service skills.4. Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as CBET (Certified Biomedical Equipment Technician) or equivalent, are desirable.Location:– Chennai

Expected salary: Rs.35000 per month
