This part-time internship is aimed at freshers with 0 to 1 year of experience who are eager to kickstart their careers in HR. You will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, contributing to the talent acquisition and management processes within a thriving technology company.Qualifications and Skills

  • Understanding of human resources principles and practices to assist with the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with employees and potential candidates.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently and effectively.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Good problem-solving skills to address issues as they arise and find optimal solutions promptly.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to support daily tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job listings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing and disseminating onboarding kits and scheduling training sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR database and filing systems.
  • Assist in organizing company events and activities aimed at employee engagement and team-building.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures through research and feedback.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including handling correspondence and reporting.
  • Coordinate communication and follow-up with candidates during the recruitment process to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Participate in HR meetings and training sessions to gain insights and contribute to discussions as needed.

Expected salary: Rs.500000 per year
