This full-time position requires 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing employee relations, supporting recruitment processes, and contributing to HR policy development, ensuring a positive work environment aligned with our companys standards and objectives.Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in recruitment and onboarding to effectively manage the end-to-end hiring process and ensure a smooth transition for new hires. (Mandatory skill)
- Proficiency in employee relations management to address and resolve employee issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. (Mandatory skill)
- Expertise in HR policy development to create and implement effective policies that align with organizational goals. (Mandatory skill)
- Familiarity with HRIS software such as GreytHr or EasyHr for efficient management of HR operations and personnel data is a plus.
- Knowledge of performance management systems to support employee performance evaluations and career development.
- Understanding of compensation and benefits administration to ensure competitive and equitable employee packages.
- Ability to leverage data analytics in HR to drive informed decision-making and strategic planning.
- Experience in promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster an inclusive and engaging workplace culture.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees, ensuring a seamless integration into the organization.
- Develop and maintain strong employee relations, providing guidance and support to resolve any workplace issues or conflicts.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to support business objectives and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Coordinate with management to ensure effective use of HR related software for efficient HR operations and data management.
- Oversee performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and identify opportunities for professional development.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs to maintain competitive positioning and enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize data analytics to assess HR policies and practices, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives, promoting an equitable work environment that values different perspectives and backgrounds.
Expected salary: Rs.700000 per year
