• Proficiency in recruitment and talent acquisition (Mandatory skill).
• Experience with employee onboarding processes (Mandatory skill).
• Strong understanding of employee relations (Mandatory skill).
• Familiarity with HRIS software to manage HR tasks efficiently.
• Ability to administer compensation and benefits processes.
• Capable of supporting performance management systems.
• Experience in HR analytics to improve workforce efficiency.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements with labor laws and regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to attract top talent.
• Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
• Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation accurately.
• Support the management of employee performance appraisal processes.
• Address and resolve employee concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR alignment with organizational goals.

Expected salary: Rs.25000 per month
