Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding of new hires.
  • Facilitate effective employee relations by resolving conflicts and promoting a positive work culture.
  • Oversee attendance management systems, ensuring accurate and timely recording of work hours.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to improve employee skills and performance.
  • Maintain meticulous employee records and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • Support payroll processing by providing accurate and updated attendance and employee data.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to address various HR-related queries and concerns.

Expected salary: Rs.18000 per month
