- Strong ability to shortlist candidates effectively, evaluating their potential fit for client requirements through thorough assessment processes.
- Outstanding screening skills to ensure only the best candidates proceed through the recruitment funnel, aligning with client expectations.
- Excellent communication skills to interact clearly with candidates and clients, ensuring seamless information flow and process transparency.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and nurture relationships with candidates and clients, fostering trust and collaboration.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel to manage data, track applicant progress, and produce reports detailing recruitment metrics and insights.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, handling everything from initial sourcing through to onboarding, ensuring comprehensive service delivery.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to understand the specific hiring needs and objectives for varied industry clients.
- Source potential candidates through online channels, job portals, networking sites, and referrals, maintaining an active pipeline.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to ensure candidates meet client prerequisites and align with company culture.
- Manage and assess interview processes, coordinating with both candidates and hiring managers to facilitate seamless interactions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate status and interview outcomes.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers, fostering engagement and positive candidate experiences.
- Support the recruitment team’s strategic initiatives by contributing to discussions on improving recruitment lifecycle efficiency.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and acclimation into client organizations.
Expected salary: Rs.25000 per month
