The ideal candidate will possess exceptional human resources skills, including effective recruitment, employee engagement strategies, and performance management, to foster a positive work environment and drive organizational success.Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience with a minimum of 4 years in human resources management and related fields.
• Expertise in utilizing HRIS software to manage employee data efficiently.
• Proficiency in payroll management to ensure timely and accurate compensation.
• Ability to develop and implement effective employee engagement strategies.
• Skilled in recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
• Experience with performance management systems for employee evaluation and development.
• Thorough understanding of labor law compliance to mitigate legal risks.
• Excellent conflict resolution skills to address workplace disputes promptly.
• Expert in HR management (Mandatory skill) with strong leadership abilities and a team-oriented mindset.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy to meet organizational objectives.
• Oversee recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes to build a competent workforce.
• Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and retention by fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Manage the performance appraisal process, including setting goals and conducting evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations to safeguard the company against legal issues.
• Address employee grievances and facilitate conflict resolution to maintain a harmonious work environment.
• Utilize HRIS and other tools to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
• Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

Expected salary: Rs.50000 per month
