- Excellent conflict resolution skills to address workplace disputes promptly.
- Expert in HR management (Mandatory skill) with strong leadership abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy to meet organizational objectives.
- Oversee recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes to build a competent workforce.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and retention by fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Manage the performance appraisal process, including setting goals and conducting evaluations.

Expected salary: Rs.50000 per month
