Recruitment & Staffing: Manage end-to-end hiring for all 9 branches, Build internal talent pool and reduce dependency on agencies.2. Training & Development: Set up structured onboarding and induction process, Conduct skill development & grooming trainings regularly.3. Performance Management: Implement appraisal systems, staff evaluations, and KPI-based reviews, Drive productivity and staff discipline.4. Staff Retention & Culture Building: Design reward & recognition programs, Handle grievances, exit interviews, and engagement activities.5. HR Operations & Compliance: Attendance tracking, payroll inputs, leave management, Policy updates, documentation, compliance auditsPreferred Candidate Profile:1.Excellent communication and leadership skills2.Strong understanding of team behavior in beauty, spa, or retail service industries3.Capable of handling field teams, junior to senior levels4.Proficient with HR software and Google Workspace

Expected salary: Rs.25000 – 40000 per month
