Job description: Job ProfileTitle: HR ExecutiveLocation: AurangabadDepartment: Human ResourcesReporting to: Executive AssistantWork Location: On-siteKey ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling, onboardingMaintain HR records, attendance, leaves, and statutory compliance (ESIC, PF, etc.)Support performance appraisal processes and monthly reviewsAssist in executing HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook rolloutCoordinate training, induction, and employee engagement initiativesHandle grievance redressal and workplace discipline matters professionallyDrive uniform policy, ID issuance, and basic HR operational proceduresSupport employee exit process and documentationMaintain HR MIS and generate reports for managementLiaise with internal teams for manpower planning and hiringRequirementsJob RequirementsBachelor’s degree (BBA/BCom/BA/Any discipline); MBA/PGDM in HR preferred1–3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roleProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Familiarity with HRMS/Zoho People or any digital HR system preferredDesired Skills and AttributesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsEmpathetic, approachable, and detail-orientedAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesHigh integrity and confidentiality in handling employee dataOther ExpectationsFluent in Hindi and EnglishStrong work ethic and willingness to grow with the companyReady to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentBenefitsPerformance-based growth opportunitiesHands-on exposure to core HR practicesStructured on-the-job trainingCollaborative, value-driven work culturePF, ESIC, and other statutory benefits
