Salary: Up to 45,000/month

Department: Human ResourcesJob Summary:We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Executive from a hospital or healthcare background to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and support hospital staff needs. The ideal candidate should understand the unique HR challenges in a clinical and patient-care environment.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & OnboardingManage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles using job portals, referrals, and consultantsCoordinate walk-ins, campus drives, and staff deploymentConduct interviews, salary negotiation, offer rollout, and pre-employment checksEnsure smooth onboarding and induction of new joinersHR Operations & AdministrationMaintain employee database and personnel files (physical and digital)Manage attendance, leave, and shift schedules using HRMS or manual systemsAssist with payroll coordination and ensure timely inputsCompliance & Statutory RequirementsEnsure adherence to hospital labor laws and HR policies (PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, etc.)Handle internal audits and documentation for healthcare regulatory bodiesEmployee Engagement & WelfareResolve staff grievances and escalate serious issuesConduct employee engagement programs, staff satisfaction surveys, and welfare initiativesSupport hospital administration in workforce planning and discipline managementPerformance ManagementAssist in appraisal processes and maintaining KPI recordsEnsure timely confirmation, increment, and promotion recordsKey Requirements:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field3–5 years of HR experience in a hospital/healthcare environmentStrong understanding of HR functions in a 24×7 clinical setupKnowledge of labor laws and healthcare compliance standardsProficient in MS Office and HRMS toolsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and people-management skillsAbility to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced hospital environmentPreferred Qualities:Calm and composed under pressureEmpathetic yet firm while dealing with staffEthical, confidential, and professional attitude

Expected salary: Rs.45000 per month
