We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a good understanding of HR policies and practices.Key Responsibilities:Handle recruitment, screening, and selection process.Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and induction.Maintain HR records, attendance, and payroll coordination.Support performance management and employee engagement activities.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.Assist in training & development initiatives.Qualifications:Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.3–4 years of experience in HR operations.Proficiency in MS Office & HR consultancy company

Expected salary: Rs.300000 – 400000 per year
