Job description: – Position Title: Sales Executive- Reporting To: Managing Director- Location: Goldwins, Coimbatore- Employment Type: In-office, Full-time- Work days & timings: Mon-Sat (1 Saturday off every month), 10AM-7PM- Salary range: Rs. 35,000 – Rs. 50,000 (Based on experience)- Experience required: Atleast 3 yrs of experience in the Sales field (Preferably high ticket sales, online lead conversions)Role Summary:The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue by converting high ticket leads generated by our marketing team into successful sales, while also maintaining a good relationship with the customers assigned to the Executive. The work also includes regular audit cycles, sales & administrative reporting, and monitoring customer experience standards.Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities:1. Ensure all leads generated through marketing channels are responded to within a maximum of 3 hours.2. Address customer queries from various sources within 30mins of receipt.3. Ensure assigned monthly lead conversion targets are met.4. Meet timely service delivery with a minimum of 95% adherence to committed timelines.5. Collect and document customer feedback and reviews after service completion.6. Conduct follow-ups on aftercare services and post-service issues, ensuring full customer satisfaction.7. Update CRM software on customer profile (100% on-time updation required) & service details accurately marked.8. Ensure job cards & other required documentation are submitted on time.Administrative & Operational Responsibilities:1. Conduct bi-weekly store audits, ensuring a minimum of 8 structured audits per month.2. Compile and submit a detailed monthly admin report based on insights from audit findings.3. Monitor customer service delivery by all store staff and ensure compliance with SOPs for customer walkthroughs and experience protocols.4. Maintain records and reporting for vehicle movement within the store, including job card usage and status updates.5. Support with attendance regularizations and record-keeping on Zoho HRMS, as needed ensuring maintenance of accurate attendance records and resolving discrepancies.Meetings & Reporting:- Weekly Internal Sales Meetings & Reporting: (Report to be shared with the MD)- Share updates on new and ongoing leads, conversion statuses, and reasons for drop-offs.- Discuss feedback received from customers during the week (positive/negative).- Identify customer behavior patterns (frequently asked questions, popular services, timing preferences, objections), service gaps, and quality improvement areas,- Highlight cross-team dependencies or recurring bottlenecks that affected conversion or delivery.Monthly Review Meeting (Last Week of the Month):- Present the sales performance for the month (lead-to-sale ratio, service-wise performance).- Analyze customer feedback and complaints received and resolved.- Review service quality metrics and highlight any recurring concerns.- Present learnings from the monthly Store Audit Report.- Set sales targets and operational improvement goals for the coming month.- Suggest cross-functional improvements across admin, operations, and customer experience.Skills required:Must have: – Excellent verbal & written communication (Tamil & English) High ticket sale – Interpersonal skills – Proficiency in MS Suite, Google Suite Reporting skills – Extroverted & confident nature, should be able to do to on-spot conversionsGood to have: – CRM software like Zoho Bigin (ref:updazz.com)
