This full-time position is designed for individuals with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or equivalent, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience. The role focuses on fostering a dynamic and engaging learning environment for students while imparting quality English education through effective lesson planning and delivery of curriculum content.Qualifications and Skills

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English (BA/MA) from a recognized institution is essential to provide a strong foundation for teaching.
• A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) is required to ensure the candidate is well-versed in modern teaching methodologies.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory to effectively communicate and engage with students in classroom settings.
• Demonstrated experience in lesson planning to create and execute effective curriculum strategies that meet educational standards.
• At least one year of teaching experience in a relevant educational institution is necessary to ensure readiness for this position.
• Experience in crafting assignments and assessing student performance to effectively monitor and enhance student learning outcomes.
• Adaptability and patience to cater to diverse learning needs and foster an inclusive classroom environment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize teaching resources, assignments, and other course-related responsibilities efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that stimulate student interest and articulate learning objectives.
• Create a positive and effective learning environment by utilizing engaging teaching strategies and tools.
• Assess and monitor student progress through regular assignments, quizzes, and exams, providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum and teaching methodologies to school standards and goals.
• Encourage critical thinking and active participation among students to enhance their learning experience and skills.
• Maintain open communication with students’ guardians to discuss academic progress and address any concerns.

Expected salary: Rs.30000 per month
