This full-time, mid-level position focuses on delivering exceptional English education, fostering a love for the language among students. • A Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.ed) is necessary to ensure professional teaching standards are met (Mandatory skill).
• A Primary Teacher (PRT) certification to provide a comprehensive educational foundation (Mandatory skill).
• A Master’s degree in Arts, specializing in English (M.A.), to enhance teaching proficiency and subject matter expertise (Mandatory skill).
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with parents to involve them in the educational process and progress of their children.
• Proven experience in curriculum development to create and adapt educational material that meets learning standards.
• Expertise in lesson planning that encourages active student engagement and fosters a dynamic learning environment.
• Capability to nurture a culture of positivity and motivation among students, helping them achieve their personal academic goals.
• Detail-oriented approach to maintaining accurate records of student progress and adapting teaching strategies accordingly.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging English language curriculum tailored to various learning levels and student capabilities.
• Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress and adapt instructional methods to meet diverse learning needs.
• Foster a classroom environment conducive to learning, maintaining appropriate discipline and decorum.
• Engage in active communication with parents to discuss student performance and foster collaborative educational strategies.
• Participate in continuous professional development sessions to stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies.
• Prepare students for examinations by identifying learning gaps and providing additional support where necessary.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching techniques and participate in interdisciplinary educational programs.
• Utilize educational technology to enhance instructional delivery and habituate students to digital literacy skills.

Expected salary: Rs.25000 per month
