The position involves teaching, lesson planning, and classroom management. Candidates must possess a B.Ed and strong skills in social and English. This position is part of the Podar Education Network, which is dedicated to providing holistic and empowering education to its students.Qualifications and Skills

• An accredited B.Ed degree with specialization in English and social subjects (Mandatory skill).
• Prior experience of 1 to 3 years in teaching with a strong focus on academic excellence.
• Must have strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal (Mandatory skill).
• Highly skilled in social sciences with the ability to teach complex ideas in a relatable manner (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in lesson planning to enhance students learning experiences.
• Thorough understanding of English grammar and its teaching methodologies.
• Effective classroom management techniques to ensure a conducive learning environment.
• Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) qualification will be required for handling higher primary classes.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and implement lesson plans to meet academic standards and maximize student learning.
• Conduct classes in English and social subjects, ensuring comprehension and engagement among students.
• Assess and evaluate students progress, providing constructive feedback to promote improvement.
• Maintain a disciplined classroom atmosphere to facilitate productive learning conditions.
• Develop innovative teaching strategies to adapt to diverse learning needs.
• Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to the schools educational mission.
• Prepare students for examinations and boost their confidence in the subject matter.
• Engage with parents and guardians to discuss students’ progress and development.

Expected salary: Rs.30000 per month
