• Maintaining 100 % compliance in SHEQ (Safety Health Environment & Quality) & statutory requirements related to power supply for equipment and human safety aspects. Drive safety aspect pertaining to electrical.

• Hand on experience on Operation, Maintenance of Electrical static Equipment’s and rotating Machines.

• In continuous process of improving the Quality and Reliability of Power Supply to our plant through proper planning & maintenance. Ensuring power sourcing in plants where its done from outside utility supplies Maintaining continuous liaison with Utility people. Power and Energy Management

• Loss Reduction, Energy Saving and Cost Saving through technical/strategic initiatives and planning.

• To improve the reliability of the electrical equipment by proper proactive maintenance and planning.

• Troubleshooting and quickly identifying faults to be bring reduce downtime, Corrective Maintenance of Electrical Equipment’s.

• Plan and execute outages/major jobs per schedule to ensure lower cost and time. The outages/ major jobs are to co-ordinate with other maintenance departments

• Ensuring any change is managed through management of change process.

• Contractor Management for all jobs and any special job; Responsible for dealing with Contractor workers at sites. Vendor management for spares & getting quote, following up and ensuring spares reaches in hand.

• Ensuring spares procurement upon identification/consumption and managing spares to keep them healthy/preserved.

• Prepare Monthly reports related to electrical dept. and forward the same to peers. Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.

• Reading technical diagrams and blueprints.

• Performing general electrical maintenance.

• Inspecting transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components.

• Repairing and replacing Electrical equipment and accessories.

• Performing circuit breaker corrective maintenance.

• Maintaining good knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems as well as various testing equipment.

CTC: Upto 6 LPA

Expected salary: Rs.420000 per year
