• 1+ years of experience in Electrical Harness Routing & Packaging in heavy equipment domain, as well Mechanical design concepts sheet metal and casting
• Hands on experience on Creo Schematic/diagram, Part design, Assembly, Sheet metal & Drafting.
• Utilize Creo to create highly integrated designs within the machine platforms
• Good experience in verification of harness design rules, Illustration drawings and layout preparation.
• Have knowledge on Electrical systems and able to understand Schematics / Circuit design.
• Good Knowledge on components used for wiring harness design. (Wire types and its selection, Fuses, Relays, Controllers, connectors, coverings, support clips etc.)
• Knowledge on sheet metal design and automotive wire harness manufacturing process is added advantage.
• Should be ready to work on multiple harness and schematic development tools.

Should be able to interact with customers and provide solutions. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong Interpersonal & communication skills.
