• Proven experience in a preschool or daycare setting to effectively manage and educate young children.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development to provide appropriate educational guidance.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with both children and their parents effectively and clearly.
• Ability to plan and implement educational activities to support developmental milestones in children.
• Patience and creativity to successfully engage young learners and handle day-to-day classroom challenges.
• Must have strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly and productive learning environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other educators and team members to support educational objectives.
• Required skills include knowledge and experience in preschool, daycare operations, and a passion for teaching.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that cater to the interests and developmental needs of preschool children.
• Supervise children in a safe and nurturing environment to ensure their well-being throughout the day.
• Monitor and record the progress of each childs development and communicate findings to parents regularly.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive teaching atmosphere.
• Engage children in various activities to promote social, emotional, and cognitive skills.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress and any concerns or achievements.
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages learning and creativity.
• Participate in continuous professional development opportunities to improve educational practices.

Expected salary: Rs.456000 per year
