Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities designed to promote social, emotional, and intellectual growth in children.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that nurtures and supports individual student needs.
- Monitor and assess children’s progress to tailor activities and interventions as needed for optimal development.
- Foster open communication with parents regarding their child’s progress, behavior, and development.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times by adhering to established health and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to a supportive teaching community.
- Maintain classroom order and discipline through positive reinforcement and constructive feedback.
- Participate in regular meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Expected salary: Rs.37000 per month
