Job description:
- Manage the front desk, answer phone calls, and respond to emails.
- Greet visitors, clients, or customers, and ensure their needs are met.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and bookings.
- Maintain accurate records, update databases, and perform data entry tasks.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
- Provide excellent customer service, respond to queries, and resolve issues.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.• Responsible for back-office support including report generation, maintaining records,
preparing official communications (Letters, PPTs), and Minutes of Meetings, supportingdocumentation and MIS requirements of the project.
- Entry level with excellent MS Office skills.
- Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel (including advanced functions), and PowerPoint.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and reports.
- Draft official letters, internal memos, and government correspondence.
- Maintain organized and updated project files (soft & hard copies).
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for project status meetings.
- Assist in compiling DPRs, RFPs, tenders, and billing documentation.
- Coordinate with the field team for data collection and timely updates.
- Strong written an verbal communication and formatting skills.
- Ability to prepare letters, reports, and presentations
- High attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Team-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable to dynamic work environments.
Expected salary: Rs.10000 per month
