The ideal candidate will have a B.E. in Instrumentation and Control Engineering, with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in PLC, HMI, Motion, and Drives. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation systems to improve operational efficiency and reliability.Key Responsibilities: * Design & Development:

• Design, configure, and program automation systems, including control panels, PLCs, SCADA, and DCS for industrial processes.
• Develop electrical and instrumentation diagrams, schematics, and documentation for automation systems.
• Specify and select electrical and instrumentation components, such as sensors, actuators, relays, and transmitters.
• Installation & Commissioning:

• Oversee the installation of electrical control panels, wiring, instrumentation, and automation equipment.
• Perform the commissioning of automation systems, ensuring proper integration with existing systems and operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during installation and commissioning phases.
• Automation Control Systems:

• Program and configure PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and HMI (Human-Machine Interfaces).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with advanced process control (APC) systems.
• Familiarity with control loop tuning, instrumentation calibration, and field troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of safety instrumented systems (SIS) and functional safety standards.

Proficiency in CAD software for electrical and instrumentation designQualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Automation, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in automation, electrical, and instrumentation systems design, installation, and maintenance.
• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or other PLC brands).
• Knowledge of SCADA, HMI, DCS systems, and control networks.
• Experience with electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and instrumentation calibration.
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, and Ethernet/IP.

Expected salary: Rs.50000 per month
