Read more about us at .Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:A teacher at iTeach Schools wears multiple hats to ensure an excellent education for their students. The threedifferent parts of the role are:Teaching your subject (60% time)● Teach one or two subjects of your expertise to your class● Conduct regular tests and assessments to monitor learning and give feedback to students● Build a positive and strong school culture with a focus on learning and joy● Collaborate with parents of the students through regular meetings to ensure their active involvementMentoring students (20% time)● Mentor nearly 15-20 students throughout the year● Develop ways to ensure that these students have strong study habits, high attendance, and the drive to excel – share these plans with all teachers across the ecosystemHelp with school projects (20% time)● Collaborate with Senior Teachers to implement school projects such as Hobby Clubs, Career Awareness, AnnualDay, Sports Day, etc● Use these opportunities to strengthen your leadership skills and mentor new teachersQualificationsEducation & Experience:● Required: B.Ed/D.Ed with more than 60%● Required: CTET (Paper 1 or 2) / MHTETAdditional InformationCompensation and Benefits: We take pride in offering competitive compensation and benefits commensurate with the candidate’s education and work experience.
