Responsible for ERP analysis, procurement, inventory management, vendor management, production coordination, and import/export logistics to ensure smooth supply chain operations.Key Responsibilities:ERP & Data Analysis:Monitor dashboards (Purchase, Sales, Stock Aging, Vendor Analysis).Track purchase and sales data, pending orders, and optimize decision-making.Procurement & Inventory Management:Review technical specifications for raw materials and components.Manage obsolete/slow-moving stock and ensure timely purchase orders.Coordinate stock liquidation before new procurement.Vendor & Supplier Performance:Evaluate vendor cost, quality, and delivery.Resolve vendor-related issues promptly.Production & Dispatch Coordination:Support production planning and BOM/RPO management.Oversee dispatch activities and MIS reporting.Drive improvements to meet plant KPIs.Experience Requirements:Imports & Exports Logistics:Manage clearing and forwarding, import costing, L/C documentation, and customs clearance.Verify and process freight forwarder invoices for payment.Education & Qualifications:Graduation: B.Tech (Electronics)Skills & Competencies:Proficient in ERP systems.Good analytical and communication skills (English/Hindi).Stable, professional, and attractive personality.
