Salary: 50,000 – 60,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)About the Organization:A well-established civil engineering contracting firm engaged in large-scale infrastructure projects, including flood control, riverfront rejuvenation, dam construction, canal development, and RCC works. The organization specializes in delivering high-quality, technically complex projects in partnership with Government agencies and private sector clients in Jamnagar.About the Role:The Engineer-in-Charge – Projects will be responsible for leading and supervising the execution of critical civil engineering projects, with special expertise in flood control systems, dam and canal structures, and reinforced concrete construction (RCC). The role demands strong project management skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with government bodies, consultants, and vendors.Key Role Objectives:To fully understand the entire scope of the Flood Control Project and coordinate with multiple Government authorities and suppliers/consultants for project approvals and execution.Prepare detailed work plans, ensuring systematic project execution.Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), Abstracts, and Estimates as per the Schedule of Rates (SoR).Prepare and review accurate Tender Documents (DTP).Ensure quality control checks on a day-to-day basis as per technical and safety standards.Collect and maintain all necessary data, including different kinds of material details, stock registers, daily measurement records, and material testing registers.Monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and maintain compliance with project schedules.Liaise with internal teams (production, QA/QC, documentation) for seamless order and project execution.Basic Requirements:Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Civil EngineeringExperience: 7–10 years in civil engineering projects, specifically with strong expertise in flood control, dams, canals, RCC structures, and Government projectsProficiency in AutoCAD and other civil engineering design toolsStrong knowledge of project planning, execution, costing, and quality controlExcellent coordination and leadership skillsFamiliarity with government project approvals and statutory complianceBased in or willing to relocate to JamnagarApply Now:Important Instructions:Do not apply by sending your resume via WhatsApp/email.Apply only through the official website and complete the mandatory Q&A process.Application by website only:
