Job description: Reports to: HR Manager—The Junior HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting the HR functions within our organization. With 2-4 years of HR experience, you will assist in various HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of HR principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for contributing to a fast-paced and technology-driven environment.**Key Responsibilities:**– **Recruitment & Onboarding:**– Assist with the recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.– Coordinate and manage new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.– **Employee Relations:**– Provide support to employees on HR-related inquiries and issues.– Assist in resolving employee conflicts and conducting exit interviews.– **Performance Management:**– Support the performance review process, including tracking evaluations and feedback.– Help manage and communicate performance improvement plans.– **Compliance & Record-Keeping:**– Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations relevant to the blockchain and tech industry.– Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.– **Training & Development:**– Assist in identifying training needs and organizing internal or external training sessions.– Help manage employee development programs and initiatives.– **HR Projects:**– Participate in various HR projects and initiatives to enhance HR processes and employee engagement.– Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.**Qualifications:**– **Experience:** 3 – 6 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably within tech or blockchain sectors.– **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.– **Skills:**– Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.– Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.– Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.**Preferred Qualifications:**– Experience with blockchain technology and decentralized identity systems.– HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.**What We Offer:**– Competitive salary and benefits package.– Opportunities for professional growth and development.– A dynamic and innovative work environment.– Collaborative and supportive team culture.RequirementsInterested candidates should submit their resume and cover letter to [email address or application portal link].
